“… Businesses have to fulfil economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities in order to address its entire obligations to society.” (Carroll, 1979).
At Capital 3 Limited, we align with Carroll’s framework, acknowledging economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities to society (Carroll, 1979). In response to this commitment, during our 2016 Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors tasked the Innovation and Creative Department to design products that reinforce our CSR efforts.
In 2018, we entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cambridge Psychometric Centre to promote Psychometric education in Nigeria, initially focusing on tertiary institutions. While initially conceived as a business deal, Capital 3 Limited swiftly adopted it as a significant CSR endeavour. We pledged to donate 55% of the project’s income to establish the International Psychometric Centre (IP Centre).
